  The mychart service for children is awful. I have never been able to see my kids' results, was never offered any information about sign up, and have called about 10 times to get help with this before someone told me to go to the front dest in person and sign forms. This should not be that hard mychart is pretty important in medical care and this is not good customer service.

  I have a doctor in Kettering Health. He was a good doctor, but as of late he is totally unavailable for his patients. I have been needing an appointment for over three months and cannot get in. He seems to have just dropped his established patients and shoved them off on another doctor. The reason given for this was, expressed by the receptionist, he accepted another doctors patient load and has a full schedule. I'm currently very unhappy with this situation. To establish a new patient appointment with the issue I have right now could be detrimental for me and it should not be acceptable for my physician.

  The Dr who saw me in the ER (Julie Veronica Knott) did absolutely nothing for me, person reading my scan( Wilfredo Suntay) said gallbladder and all other organs are functioning properly (I don’t have a gallbladder). I scheduled a follow up visit with my regular Dr, who, as soon as they saw the results asked if I was taking a prescription, to which I had to reply NO as I was not given anything. They left me in the same pain I was in when I came in and just dismissed me and my symptoms.
