He was very cold and dismissive, saying he’d “never heard of it,” and refused to fill it. There was no willingness to look up the medication or offer any help. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

The bullshit they have to deal with gives ZERO time for decent customer care. There should be an express pickup option. All I had to get today was my zero copay prenatals for my wife. There were 2 people in front of me, 2 people working the counter and I waited in line 20 minutes while my toddler screamed at me. It’s crazy. We will be looking for a better service option in the area

Often I have had to come back multiple times because the prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be. Instead of providing good customer service, the pharmacy techs seem to have a negative attitude toward customers and their job.
