He was very cold and dismissive, saying he’d “never heard of it,” and refused to fill it. There was no willingness to look up the medication or offer any help. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

My wait time the most recent visit was 15 minutes with two registers open, tending to one customer at each. No one else but me, was next in line. I noticed the pharmacy technician was just chit chatting it up and laughing with a customer after the transaction was long ago complete. I understand that I'm not always going to be able to "get in and get out" picking up my scripts but it's getting ridiculous. No sense of urgency. Disappointing. When I reach the counter, finally, the employees are kind and knowledgeable, which I do appreciate.
