    I called this Kroger pharmacy to verify a legitimate prescription and spoke with a pharmacist named Jeb. He was very cold and dismissive, saying he’d “never heard of it,” and refused to fill it. There was no willingness to look up the medication or offer any help. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

    I’ve used this pharmacy for over 4 years. I’ve always had great service up u til my last two visits. I called in last night to see if my prescriptions were ready and the lady that answered the phone unsure of her name seemed either highly stressed or just plain over whelmed. My prescriptions have always been filled in a reasonable time without me having to call in and ask. Last night I was informed I need to call in now and make sure they are ready but that they were so behind she couldn’t guarantee they would be ready even in 2.5 hours. Stated she had over 100 prescriptions waiting to be filled, over 25 people in line, one pharmacist giving Covid vaccines and and another tech assisting the pharmacist and if not tonight I could go back in between 8-9 this am to grab them as they would be doing vaccines again this am. I’m not sure who does the scheduling here but seems these healthcare workers need some help back there. In addition I stopped in this am only to be met with one tech in the pharmacy who didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there but knew I was as I got the side eye from her. If you’re licensed help this pharmacy out they need help OR better scheduling apparently.

    On multiple occasions I have used this Kroger because it is close to home. However, they always seem to take a long time to fill prescriptions. Often I have had to come back multiple times because the prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be. Instead of providing good customer service, the pharmacy techs seem to have a negative attitude toward customers and their job.
