Used Kroger for years in Westerville never a single issue but the customer service at this location in Pickerington is absolutely horrible. First experience only refilled one of two prescriptions. I went back to the Westerville location to get refilled and no issue. Tried them once more since moving here still cannot find one of the prescriptions. Have called twice and never pick up the phone nor returned messages left. Time to find a new pharmacy.

It would be immensely helpful if the techs would tell people whose prescriptions aren't ready to park and they will call when they are ready. So the responsible people who have a prescription that is filled and ready can quickly pick theirs up and go about their day. I just spent 20-30 mins waiting for someone waiting for a bag full of prescriptions to be filled. Several people,including us, eventually just left because it was talking so long. If your script isn't ready be a decent human, ask for a time estimate and go park until it is ready or call ahead and see if your's is ready before you clog up the line.
