Used the little walkie talkie thing they leave on the counter during the night time hours to call an attendant, no one showed up after two attempts, also called them the phone and it just rings, no one showed up. Either the attendant is asleep in the office or not even here! Beyond frustrating!

I called 11 times after waiting for over 25 mins to get into the tanning bed that I scheduled for 11pm. I finally left at 11:27 because no one was coming to the desk. No one was answering the phone. I knocked on the employee door. Nothing. I normally go at 6 am and this is the exact reason I stopped going at night. No one is around. The staff in the morning. I believe his name is Gage is so friendly and sweet. If you want to use any membership perk you need to go before 10 pm or there is no point. Not even sure why they offer those things being “24/7” if no one is around to let you use them. They need a bell or something. Ridiculous Update the 12th phone call I let it ring for over 6 mins. NO ANSWER
