If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Dapaul, the pharmacy tech—has been consistently rude. Every time I’ve called, she’s sounded irritated, as if she can’t stand her job, and when you go in person, her attitude makes it clear she doesn’t want to be there. I had to call two days in a row, and each time her tone and demeanor were unacceptable.
Yesterday, I asked to speak with the pharmacist, and she was pleasant. But today, after correcting Dapaul’s nasty tone on the phone, I again asked for the pharmacist, which I got SUE who stated she was also the Manager. When I began explaining the issues I’d had, Sue immediately dismissed it. She told me she’s worked for Kroger for 39 years and said she didn’t see anything wrong with Dapaul’s behavior or tone. When I asked for the tech’s name to file a report, she refused to give it to me which didn’t matter, because I had already confirmed it the day before.
SUE the Pharmacist/Manager is part of the problem. There’s zero accountability. None for herself, and none for her staff. I’ve already filed a formal complaint about a prior issue involving my child’s information, and I will be contacting the Board of Pharmacy again as well as Kroger Corporate. This location needs to do better.
As someone who works in healthcare there behavior is 100% unacceptable.

Had to get 2 vaccines. Made an appointment and they were SO slow. No sense of urgency at all. No one smiling or people friendly. The wait is too long.

I had multiple issues at this Kroger pharmacy location. They only gave me four out of the six medications my needed after surgery. Things got worse after that. There is a severe lack of communication and intelligence at this location. I will not be returning.

Wish I could give zero Stars the only reason I go here is because I live across the road. I'm standing in line waiting for my prescription. Had been in line for about 10 minutes. When my turn comes I walk up to the desk and they close the gate right in front of me. They tell me it's lunch time. They could have told me that when they saw me standing in line waiting that they wouldn't have time to serve me and there was no one else behind me. But no they let me wait and then quite rudely closed the gate in my face.
