My son had an issue where this pharmacy filled a prescription that had been denied by insurance over 2 months ago. We thought it was the one for a similar med that had just been authorized by insurance. Tried to take it back and they wouldn't take it. Called 3 days later and talked to the pharmacist/technician (male). He would not listen that a new prescription was the one authorized. He just said they don't have the new one and that the insurance covered the one we received. He would not listen to me or the insurance rep and he was quite rude.

Not disability, friendly staff. A pharmacist accuse me of getting nasty because I simply said the prescription they filled had an error in it and used the word “impossible.” I was then accused of being nasty for questioning an error in my dosage. I asked how I was being nasty and it was because I used the word “impossible” to be instructed to take two pills a day with only 30 pills. I usually get 60. My disability affects my vocal tone and flat affect, and I made sure to explain I can’t control that. But my choice of words was at no time “nasty.” They must just hate their job, but that’s not my fault.

This over a span of 3 different visits this has been my all time worse pharmacy experiences ever. 1st time tried to transfer my refill to them from the pharmacy in my previous home town the lady told me it was to small of order and told me they it was not worth them transferring it and I needed to go to the pharmacy that filled thw first on (an hr and a half away) 2nd time my monthly script I have taken for years but have side effects from 2 of 4 manufactures that I let them know in advance(did not want to go through that again) they told me "I get whatever manufacturer they get in and that's it" and they would not order it in advance to let me know if it was a manufacturer I could take. 3rd time and last time was a script that I received a voice mail stating it was filled. A couple hours later I go to the pharmacy to be told it's not filled and would be a couple hours! The best part about the horrible service is I did find an amazing private owned pharmacy in Westerville that I now support.
