    I used to shop at this Kroger quite often and tried to fill a prescription here once. After dropping off the prescription I filled a cart full of groceries and heard my name over the loud speaker about coming to the pharmacy about my order. I hauled my cart over there and was told to go to another pharmacy to fill my prescription. I asked if they were out and if I could just come back another day? He just repeated to go to another pharmacy. After my recent issues at another Kroger pharmacy, I'm no longer advocating for them. Giant Eagle pharmacy has been nothing but friendly, communicative, and prompt.

    Love Pataskala pharmacy. Tiffany and the pharmacist Mickie(not sure of the spelling) are ALWAYS VERY helpful!

    I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and usually they have been very good. But this is the third time my medication took more than three days to be filled. I even called yesterday and was told it would be filled but still today it isn't. Which normally would be fine except I have to have the medication for a upcoming surgery. My parents have already switched over to CVC in Pataskala because they do not fill medication when they need it. I will say their customer service is always great and they are all very friendly. I understand that the pandemic makes it challenging at times to have the staff and/or supplies of medication but at the same time if you tell someone it will be done at a certain time and they waste the time to go pick it up that's not okay.

    All except one girl (Ashley) is great to work with. She just acts like she hates her job and doesn't want to help you!
