  Fit works Parma was a great visit. It has that gone town vibe going. Not old.. not new just a friendly environment. 40 pieces of cardio... a lot of machines.. benches.. dumbbells and equipment. Cardio movie theater... large Fitness room.. spin class.. child care.. hydro massage chairs. It was a great visit. Price 30 or 40 dollars is on point. Nice neighborhood Fitness facility!

  Exceptional customer service. This gym has everything you need a nice variety. I love the sauna. I had a trainer approach me while I was working out & helped me get my form right I truly appreciated the help.

  I am a man of faith , and I do believe in the say of the word of God , and what is that be kind to one another , as a mater of fact Kindness is one of the fruit of the spirit now why I said all that from day one even unto this present date 3 and 1/2 years later every time I walk through these fit works doors kindness and a grateful spirit always greet you in this place if anything is going on in the staff life that’s upsetting you want know it , in other words they are very productive and professional that’s my take .   I recently reactivated my membership and love all the new changes. Maria, the manager was so helpful and friendly. Even though this location is further away then a few other Fitworks, I prefer this location due to their professionalism and knowledge.

  I really liked this gym when I was a member. In October, I cancelled my membership to get access to a gym with a pool. I was not charged the month after cancellation, but I was then charged for December through February despite going in person and cancelling, per their rules. I called to ask about getting a refund. They obliged but only refunded me for 2 of the 3 months. I called back and told them about the last payment, but I have since not received the last refund.
