  So we got glasses for our son about 5-6 months ago, today there's a charge on our bank account for $117. We found the transaction where this money was paid in full July 24th! We received an email a couple of days ago saying that our sensitive information was found on the dark web and to watch for suspicious charges, etc. We called the office and the receptionist said they were having an issue with the card reader and was already aware of the situation from other customers. She said the owner would call us back. The owner said that the money was supposed to be taken out months ago! So now we've filed a dispute with the bank. Why this money is randomly being taken out 5-6 months later after being paid in full, is the first red flag! The receptionist telling us they were having an issue with the card reader and already being aware of this issue is the second red flag! The owner calling us and telling us this money was supposed to be taken out months ago would indicate that he's clearly working with someone or is working alone in this scam of double billing people (and I'm sure some are completely unaware that they were even charged a second time), because he's trying to justify the charge and we have proof that we paid it and 2 days before we get hit with this charge we get an email telling us to watch for fraudulent charges because our information has been compromised and we get a charge from ClearSight Parma 2 days later that isn't legit, that's the 3rd red flag! If you have read this review, I am encouraging you to watch your account and check emails to make sure that you too aren't a victim! It truly is a shame that there's a scam for everything and even getting reading glasses for your kid can't be trusted! There's a lot of people who will steal from you if you let them and I encourage you to protect what you've earned through your hard work and self discipline! As for ClearSight, we won't be returning there because they "clearly" - (pun intended) ,can't be trusted and now our information is on the dark web to boot!

  Don’t go to this facility. I bought contacts through them. They told me they would call when they were ready. I waited a month to call and see where my contacts were. They stated that ,They were picked up signed for already!! Mind you i never got a call saying they were ready to get picked up or nothing. Now the doctor will not return my call. I spent 170$ for contacts. That either the employee stole or something happened. No way possible someone is walking in there saying my first last name DOB and picking up contacts.THEY ARE A SCAM. I than went up there after work nobody will return my call it’s 4pm now. They are in the back talking to each other for 10 mins come out and say we have ur contacts acting so werid !!!!!! why didn’t you call me back saying you did ? Yesterday or today. the doctor stood there awkwardly smiling. No apologies, they showed me the signature of someone else signing for me and compared it to my old receipts nothing like mine at all. Never going back so odd. Just absolutely weird

  i don’t understand why i have been calling since 10:30a to see if i can order a replacement pair of glasses for my son and no one has answered the phone once. it either rings and eventually goes to voicemail or it rings and goes to a fax connection. i have literally called 10 times. this is ridiculous. i used to live across the street from their office on pearl road, but now i live in medina. answer your phone!!!

  My family have been going here more than 5 years. The doctor is very nice, professional and takes the time to educate you and listen to what your need. Can't say much for SOME of the front office staff. But I can say this. If I ever had an issue. The Optometrist took care of it.
