Each procedure was explained to me by the technician. Dr Leach was very pleasant and diagnosed my condition and my treatment plan; then he explained my prescription options. The technician checked my insurance plan's coverage for each eye drop prescription. After a week on the new prescription, my eye sight is clear and the pain has decreased dramatically. Definitely recommend this provider.
