They canceled my friend’s appointment when they were extremely sick, and then charged them for the appointment that they showed up for. This place Sucks!

Do not make an appointment here! I went in for a scheduled appointment when I was sick and there was no one at the desk to help me. After five minutes, my appointment was auto cancelled and I was still charged 20 dollars for canceling. I would recommend the tri-health primary care instead.
Edit: I called the help line number and was told they would not drop the charge even though I received no help during my appointment
