  I am in a wheelchair and depend on my husband for everything. When we learned that he needed surgery, we knew we would need help 24/7 for at least a few days. We didn't know until late afternoon the day before when we needed to start service and didn't know how long we would need service because that would depend on the outcome of the surgery. I was relieved when we got home from the hospital to find our coordinator and caregiver on our front porch, ready to jump in. A few days before surgery, the caregivers had come to practice helping me to move so I think that made us all more comfortable when service began. Everyone from the nurse who performed the initial assessment to the coordinators to the care givers were kind and professional. We had never needed these services and were nervous to rely on them, but given the circumstances we had no choice. We were pleasantly surprised with how well everything worked and will definitely call Home Instead with any future needs.

  I had an excellent experience with the Home Instead team in Chagrin Falls. We had caregivers come into our home three days a week and they worked closely with me to find the right fit. They understood our unique situation and found excellent caregivers. Special shoutouts to Naj, Manasse, and Jeremiah. While sometimes workers cancelled or quit, Paola and Nicole always had a replacement and were very communicative about the situation. I highly recommend them.

  Home Instead works hard to find compatible personalities and have high standards for their care. They are friendly and helpful and want nothing more than to help and make us happy:-)

  Home Instead has cared for my dad for over a year and we have appreciated the consistency of those who have been with him. Shirley, Martha and Cindy have been great with him and we have much appreciated their attention to his well being.

  Jackie S has been amazing! Finding a care giver who genuinely cares and gives is difficult. The world needs more Jackie S's. We are very grateful for her.
