  My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Consult and procedure itself seemed to go well. The folks up front and nurses in the back were friendly. What I didn’t like was how quickly we were ushered out of office once we were allowed back to see our son post-procedure. We spoke to the surgeon and he explained that we’d be sent home with gauze and after care instructions. But in their hurry to get us out, they forgot to give us any information to take home. I then tried calling the office for over an hour once we got home, with no answer. I understand needing a lunch break, but when you’re discharging patients after surgical procedures, maybe phones should be monitored for cases like this. Finally received a call back, and after care instructions were emailed to me. I would have appreciated more care, time, and guidance on dos and don’ts.

  Doctor Holman and Doctor Klein are very kind and capassionate Doctors. I will never go anywhere else. I had 6 teeth pulled an had no pain an healed just fine. Also the girls that work there are great always ready to help any way they can.

  When making my appointment the woman who took my call seemed very cold and almost bored. I called during their operating hours two other times to get some information and it took them until the next day to even call me back. When I went in for my appointment, not only was the woman I talked to just as bored sounding and even rude as the first time I called, I was blindsided by an upfront cost of almost $700 with little explanation as to what that cost included or was for other than my insurance didn't cover the General Anesthetic needed for my surgical extraction. There was no communication beforehand that there would be an upfront cost of that magnitude, I expected to pay a co-pay, but was turned away because I didn't have the funds for a down-payment I didn't know even existed. I told them upon making the appointment where I had my referral from and gave them my insurance and they neglected to check the insurance until I was standing there and didn't even call for the X-rays from my dentist until I was there, even though they had the information for a MONTH beforehand, nor did they tell me that I needed to bring those things in, yet expected me to have them when I got there. I called my dentists office to get a different referral and the new surgeons' office gave me all the information I could have needed up front and an out of pocket cost literally HALF of what this office was telling me I had to pay and scheduled me for a consultation before the surgery.

  Dr. Klein pulled my tooth. Staff and doctor were friendly and took me right on time. I was in and out of the chair in less than 30 minutes. Only slight discomfort I felt was the shot to numb the area and that wasn't bad. I would recommend this office to everybody.
