  I had high hopes for the Phoenix Counseling Center, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the start. Before I even had the chance to attend my first session, they cancelled my appointment. It’s incredibly discouraging to reach out for support, only to be met with disorganization and a lack of follow-through. Mental health services should be reliable and respectful of people’s time and emotional needs—this experience was neither. Would not recommend based on my experience.

  i have been going to them since 2021 and never had issues until my insurance changed in may. i have been billed incorrectly from may to september. i have called numerous times and they say they will get back to me and never do. i had an appt tonight that had to be canceled mid session because they still cannot get my insurance correct. this is extremely frustrating and disheartening. administrative staff do not care about the well being of their clients at all.

  Kailey is an incredibly open minded, understanding and empathetic person who made me feel like I could talk about anything. Kailey really helped me to see how things actually are, and not as I thought they were. I will be forever grateful to Kailey for her helpful insight and ability to provide me with the tools needed to get through some tough times. Thank You Kailey!
