If I could give 0 stars then I most definitely would. I went in for a bad wheezing cough, runny nose, fatigue, and slight chest tightness. There was a nurse and then the doctor who came to look at me when I got back into the room. Both were rude as can be, the doctor Elie prescribe prednisone, amoxicillin, and an albuterol inhaler. Not ONCE did he nor the nurse tell me anything they thought I had, they didn’t tell me my vitals and seemed as if they were rushing me. He MISDIAGNOSED me when it came to the albuterol inhaler, I used that once and afterwards started having extreme issues with my chest and breathing. I went to the hospital due to these issues and they told me I SHOULD NOT have been prescribed the inhaler for the wheezing nor coughing. Since using the inhaler, (mind you I used it once) I’ve had chest issues and breathing issues that I’ve had to keep an eye on, and have had to talk to my primary care doctor about. This is the worst little clinic I’ve ever been too. Not only does the nurse not know what she’s talking about, but neither does doctor Elie.

Despite all the other terrible reviews I chose to go against my better judgement and get a physical here. I felt like the staff was very impersonal, short with me, and a little rude. They made me leave before giving me my physical to get my immunization record and made another person wait while I did. When I came back the tech was just pacing the small waiting area and did not address me. When I went back to the exam room the NP was on her phone and eating. They both seemed very impatient and annoyed to have to perform my physical. I definitely would not go back again.

Have used The Little Clinic at this location several times and can’t speak highly enough of the staff there. It is never a long wait, always in and out but the care you receive is very thorough. The offer many services as well other than the typical cold and flu.
