- OGolivia garasFeb 19, 20261.0This place was awful. I went in to see if I could get an appointment through walkin, was told they were booked and wouldn't be able to help me but the place was empty. So I thought I would wait a little while to see if anyone would cancel or not show up. The lady at the front was completely rude, and the doctor or nurse gave me every excuse in the world as to why she couldn't see me. As I was walking away the doctor or nurse made fun of me and then lied to my face when confronted about it. I will not be coming again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does.

I think I waited maybe 10 minutes to get checked in, and then maybe another 10 in waiting room. The tech was nice, Dr. Was really nice. He was empathetic and accommodating. I would definitely go here again. 10/10

No acknowledgement from her so I walk up to kiosk and am hurriedly waved off without a word. A simple "be with you in a moment" would have been appreciated. Very poor customer service. Went down the road to Newark Valley Urgent Care and received great customer service.
- HSHanna SoterSep 19, 20191.0Despite all the other terrible reviews I chose to go against my better judgement and get a physical here. I felt like the staff was very impersonal, short with me, and a little rude. They made me leave before giving me my physical to get my immunization record and made another person wait while I did. When I came back the tech was just pacing the small waiting area and did not address me. When I went back to the exam room the NP was on her phone and eating. They both seemed very impatient and annoyed to have to perform my physical. I definitely would not go back again.
