- TMTim MeadowsDec 13, 20251.0Drive thru is more closed than it is open. If you have to go inside expect a wait. I went Saturday morning 10 minutes before they opened up there was already 3 people in front of me. Makes matter worse when they was supposed to open up at 9 they didn't start taking costumers til 5 minutes or more later. Only one person working the register on a Saturday morning. It took me a half hour before I got to the counter. If you are wanting a place that's quick about getting your prescriptions from this ain't the place!

Says they're going to close for lunch at 1:00, might be 12:30, might be 1:30, the drive-thru is never open when it's supposed to be. It's really almost impossible to schedule picking up your prescriptions. We just have to gamble on them being open when they are supposed to be.

- PCPaul CrawfordNov 24, 20211.0Tonight is the night before Thanksgiving it's 9:25 the store hours say that they close at 11:00 the lines are so long that I wanted to buy ice cream but you know what before I get to check out my s*** would be melted so I had to put it away this store gets bad customer service you get zero stars for real you just got lucky cuz I had to push one. On November 24th 2021 this store sucked and I did not get what I wanted and I am not happy boo Krogers.

If they tell you, you'll have it in an hour, don't believe it. This happens alot. I for one am finding a new pharmacy. This is not a one time anger issue.
