  After being at a different pharmacy for 16 years, I begrudgingly came to this one as it was close to my house and at my local grocer. However, the service here is something you would expect out of a fast food restaurant, not a pharmacy. Their operating hours? It's a suggestion. People don't even arrive until after opening time. To which they don't even acknowledge you, they just walk in and take another 15 minutes getting open. Onto order accuracy, yeah, they didn't catch an error and sent out controlled substances at overdose levels, repeatedly. Pharmacists are not willing to assist customers, only acting like we are a burden instead of job security. The rudeness and incompetence emanating from this establishment is ridiculous.

  Good quality grocery store with pharmacy, would give it 5 stars but have had problems with pharmacy in the past keeping product in stock.

  The actual pharmacists aren't too bad, but quite a few of the other workers are rude and don't seem to understand how insurance works. Their automated calling system will let you know you have a prescription, but when you arrive to pick it up, they tell you there is a problem with the computer, or your item wasn't covered when you know for a fact it is. You shouldn't have to try to prove or argue with the pharmacy. They will randomly switch you to generics with no explanation. I've even heard false information directly from one of the pharmacists. It also seems like a clever scheme to get you to browse the store while you wait. If you walk around long enough you'll likely see something you want to buy. I got a flu shot here, and it bothered me. Never had problems other places! Made me wonder if they knew what they're doing. On top of all this, the place is just a small corner in the store. Why spend hours or days when some pharmacies can do it in 5 minutes? The stress and headaches are not worth it. Not recommended. Stay away!

  They never have your prescription ready. No communication.
