  Arrived at urgent care because I had been sick for 3 days with a really bad cold. They swabbed me for the flue and a few others. First test they did, failed. I don’t know if they ran it again like they said they would, but it all came back magically negative. I was told they couldn’t prescribe me with anything. Except nasal spray and that I should keep taking over the counter medication. Never again will I go to that office. They don’t listen to you and they shrug you off like they are annoyed you are there

  from the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome from the front desk to seeing the dr, the wait here is long which ok I can understand but the were not busy at all, condescending staff I left feeling worse then when I arrived

  1 star only because you cant give them 0 this place is a joke I have took my kinship children there twice now and been turn down service twice said they dont feel comfortable with seeing him what kid of medical facility is this

  This is the WORST place you could ever go. I understand that maybe someone coming in late is irritating but this place is OPEN until 8pm. Everyone is extremely rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t even be considered for the care of patients.

  This place is a complete waste! The receptionist is so RUDE! “All we have is our eyes” we can’t do testing. We treat colds & sore throats. If we would happen to see you then you’d have to pay your copay and if we send you to the er you’d have to pay copay yet again. I just walked away. This place couldn’t treat a person no matter what they have! They should just shut the doors! Just yet another way to bleed people dry with or without insurance!!
