  came here a few times never really had a bad experience, until i came in for a late afternoon appointment the hygienist did x-rays then said the dr would have to come in before my cleaning was started. so i sat there for over an hour in the chair waiting for the doctor. the hygienists started leaving their shifts, i was still sitting there waiting on my cleaning. waited another 30 minutes, at this point i had somewhere to be so i got up to look around for someone and nobody was there.

  Before judging by reviews experience going in on your own. I read alot of bad ones but my experience was amazing. I have CPTSD and have avoided dentist or been banned from appointments in the past. I found this place in desperation and she did not disappoint. She did not judge me by appearance and let me tell ya my teeth were horrible. I went today for my extractions. She had one plan but we came up with a new plan after talking. She didnt have gas or iv options but did give me something for my anxiety. They watched me shake cry and tremble and yet her talking was soothing. Her nurse held my hand She even gave me a hug and apologized for what I was feeling and like I told her its not your fault its my CPTSD. She took break when I needed and everything. To me that is amazing. From past experiences with dentistry She is the best I ever had. I want to thank you ladies so much for what you did today. God bless you both. I can't wait to come back and finish what we started and thats something I would never say about a dentist. I am also excited for my kids because she is someone I want my kids to even see. Have a wonderful New year and again thank you. Yall were amazing and comforting 💕.

  This is the biggest joke for a Dentist I have ever seen, not to mention the rudest bunch of people I've ever known and if that's what you want from a dentist then by all means go ahead and schedule but you better not loose your insurance or have a death or be in the hospital because you will no longer be accepted to their joke of a dentist because no where does it say that you can't cancel your appointment it says that you must call and reschedule or you won't be seen again and I did just that but when I called and rescheduled they told me that I won't be able to come there now because I rescheduled my first appointment and I'm not even a new patient so before I get off the phone I tell them just what I told you here that I did what it told me to do and now your saying I can't be seen am I in time out it's ridiculous and as I'm hanging up the lady is laughing, real professional gotta live company's that treat there patience and customers like there stupid.

  These people are rude and literally just hung up on me this is ridiculous, I miss my old dentist wish they didn’t close and move I haven’t been able to find a dentist that cares since my last 🥹
