  Very welcoming and friendly, clean and bright studio, great instructor who offered helpful modifications - the strength class was well-paced and just-right challenging. They have a first-class-free offer, it’s a great way to give it a try!

  I never thought a fitness studio could change my whole mindset and view of working out, but barre3 has! Instead of working against my body, I have learned to work with my body and truly listen to it - and at barre3 I have learned how to do that! I have never felt stronger and more confident. The entire class is designed to support my body from starting breaths and stretching, instructors that provide so many options for every need and fitness level, to the closing stretch and breath... I leave feeling strengthened both body and mind. Cannot say enough about this place - please check it out!!

  Barre 3 New Albany is a wonderful place to workout. Everyone is kind and caring. They make sure that you are using proper form during class to not injure yourself. I cannot recommend Barre 3 enough as a great place to work out.
