- WGWesley GrahamNov 21, 20221.0This Pharmacy has got to be the worst Pharmacy in Knox County. I called this evening to the pharmacy to check on my prescription. My first phone call was it 7:05 p.m. I was put on hold and disconnected three times. I gave up and stopped calling at 8:05 p.m. I guess the phone service they offer there's no better than the in person service they offer don't think I've ever went in the store or at the window and waited less than 20 minutes up to 40 minutes. You would think after a year or better they would learn how to fix their problems. What a shame
