- KRKayla RossJul 31, 20241.0Strongly recommend not wasting your time with this practice. The reception woman, Kendra, does not return calls. She took all of my personal information and then did not return a call or return a message. I have never had a negative or unprofessional interaction with her. It's like she personally chose that my family member would not be provided care, based on the fact that we use insurance. She voiced multiple times about not liking to do prior autos, and that the insurance never pays what they say they will. Absolutely unacceptable.
