We had the pleasure of meeting Mitch, he was absolutely wonderful with my child. He let him speak, asked him appropriate questions, only asked for my opinion of my child didn't really explain it enough. This makes me feel confident my child can explain himself and be responsible for his answers. The nurse and Mitch did some cultures tests and my child never complained. Mitch explained the medications being prescribed to me and to my child in a way he could understand. Explained to my child how and what he could do to prevent getting this illness in the future. Great experience overall.
