- RKRachel KennedyDec 5, 20231.0Do not come here. It took over 30 minutes just to go through the check in process (20 minutes after my scheduled appt time). The nurse at the desk did not have good customer service skills. She did not talk to me or walk me through anything she was doing. I stood in silence most of those 30 minutes waiting. None of their systems were working. I was told my payment would only approve a partial payment but, once again, all the systems were also down so I asked if I could be billed for this appt. I was told no and then they couldn’t even assure me I wouldn’t be billed a no show fee since I was already there for the appt.

We were signed in , our wait wasn’t very long at all and yes they were busy !my daughter was seen and we were out of there in less than 25mins. All the staff were super friendly and nice .. I have NEVER had a bad experience . Any time we have gone there everyone has been very nice !

I work in the health field and this would be unacceptable. I'm thankful there are places like this but there is no reason it should take this long.
