    If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! Called at 11:39 in the morning asking about a medication in stock. I was told "Yes, we have that in stock" by a male employee (Never got a name) I go to the pharmacy and give them all my insurance info and was told "Give us about 20-30 minutes!' I went and completed other shopping and drove back from Eastgate, walked in and was told "Oh, it will be here tomorrow" so... why was I told several hours earlier that it would be ready? Why wasnt I informed via phone call that you in fact DIDN'T have enough in stock to fill my prescription, so I could go to another pharmacy?! I can not WAIT to move away from Mt. Orab!

    Don't answer the phone, don't call back, don't give straight answers, won't transfer life sustaining medications. Go literally anywhere else.

    The pharmacy is fine. You can't expect to come in after close and be seen. Basic common sense there unfortunately. These people are here to work and get paid, not volunteer and you all need to understand that this is a job for them. I have had nothing but good experiences here and have had dozens of prescriptions filled. Whenever there is a problem, they communicate the issue and let me know what is happening. I fear that most of the customers here are miserable and entitled people. The staff are fine.
