  Can't go higher than a solid 2 stars for a few reasons. On many occasions I've been told one thing by someone in the pharmacy, but told otherwise the next day, or when speaking to another person. Drive Thru is horrible. They close it well before the posted times often, and have no problem letting you stand there waiting while they carry on conversations. They've also begun filling scripts that haven't been called in, which I think is bull.. $$

  They tell you your prescriptions will be ready by a certain time and usually their not. Then if you wait a day or 2 to make sure,they tell you their out and need to order more. In the meantime, you don't have your medication. Worst Pharmacy I've had to deal with. Unprofessional, uncaring, and clearly not there for their customers

  Hard to speak to employees. Do not communicate well with customers in the first place.

  Talked to a pharmacist one day to clarify a prescription and it still wasn't ready the next day.

  Each time I go, the pharmacy techs greet me with a smile & even though most can't remember my D.O.B. they always know my name. If there's a problem they do their dayumdit to remedy it, if they can't then the pharmacist or pharmacy manager is called in to resolve the issue at hand. On a tastier note; they have different syrups you can have them add to your child's medication so it's not so horrible tasting. (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, grape) to name a few. Instead of getting ready, driving out to your vet with your pet & then sitting, waiting for the script to be filled by your veterinarian. You now have the option to pop on over to Krogers pharmacy & get your pets prescription filled just like you do your very own. Wider isles, bigger selection, fresher products, more convenience, what more could you ask for in a pharmacy. Your pharmacy, my pharmacy, our pharmacy, Kroger Pharmacy.
