  Kroger charged me $150 for medication that costs $29 at Meijer. They told me that with the good ex the price would go up to $192. They also didn’t bother telling me that my other medication has changed and give me the option to go elsewhere before charging me. I’ve been getting the same prescription by the same manufacturer from this Kroger for the last decade. However, the last prescription refill they didn’t bother telling me that it was a different manufacturer before putting it in the bag and having me pay for it. I got home and it looks totally different. I thought they gave me the wrong medication. Turns out it was a different manufacturer. I looked up this new manufacturer and there tons of reviews all saying to avoid this at all costs. Kroger refuses to take this mediation back and told me that I have no options other than taking this pill or doing without. Shame on them for not telling patient they’re switching things up after 10 years and giving them the option to go elsewhere and get the same manufacturer.

  This review is specifically for JAMIE, the red headed lady in the pharmacy. There are people at this pharmacy that don't get 5 stars, but this review will speak for itself concerning JAMIE. My partner has a myriad of issues that require frequent visits to this pharmacy. I consider this pharmacy fortunate, and blessed, to have JAMIE as a tech. This woman is always professional, courteous, and always seems genuine in doing her most for her patients. Jamie has frequently jumped through hoops to ensure my partner gets what they need, when they need it. She's willing to do on the spot extra effort with zero pressure or being asked to do so because she knows it's the right thing to do. Based on the medical needs of my partner, it is completely amazing for us to have a tech like JAMIE working at this pharmacy. She has always been nothing but welcoming, and I actually feel relieved when it's her that takes me at the drive through or the desk. I wanted to write this review so that JAMIE can be recognized for her superior customer service, and to be congratulated on her apex dedication to making sure her patients get the care they deserve. She is the only reason we use this pharmacy due to previous...ill experiences with past or former techs, whom have attitudes simply by their customers existing. Thank you JAMIE, for never allowing a trip to this pharmacy to feel like eggshells. You are sincerely appreciated, and we look forward to continuing to do business with this location. Thank you
