  Recd a text msg from Kroger stating my script was in progress. I called the pharmacy to let him know I needed the script today! First they couldn’t find a script for me and I told him I knew they recvd it because I recvd a text from Kroger stating it was in progress. The pharmacist kept talking over me and was very RUDE!! His name is James! He found my script and told me one wouldn’t be ready till after 2pm tomorrow and they were counting the pills on the other one. I asked if I could pick it up in an hour and he stated he couldn’t guarantee it would be ready and said two hrs!! I said, so I can pick up in two hrs?? He stated he couldn’t guarantee it to be ready in 2 hrs!! I said you said 2 hrs now you’re saying you can’t guarantee!! I asked how long does it take to count 30 pills?? His attitude was terrible! I will take my business elsewhere! They really need to improve on their ppl skills. This isn’t the first time they have been totally out of line. I can see by their previous reviews that this is the way they treat everyone. A little compassion goes a long way in the career they have chosen!!

  Brad and his team are always very helpful and go out it their way to make sure you are confident in dosage and intervals. You don’t find the level of care often these days.

  Used to love them, now they get absolutely NOTHING right. Everything has become a chore. You have to call in refills 5 times before they actually get it filled. App is no help at all. !

  Worst pharmacy employees to deal with. They will refuse to fill your medicine if it is a day early even if your doctor calls to clear them to do so. Their actions are illegal and downright despicable.
