Plus: quick appointment
Negative: *prescriptions didn’t help - got only antibiotics and I’m still up all night coughing and feeling as if I can’t breathe….. NyQuil and DayQuil not a great choice.
Expensive 125 for an appointment for antibiotics wayyyyyy too expensive.
I ordered fish antibiotics online so I’ll never have to be ripped off again!

Staff was great. Clinic policies are garbage.

The doctor used google image searching for what was wrong me. He had no idea what was wrong with me at all and left me with a diagnostic that made no sense and was something he could’ve tested for, but just used google to guess.. wont be back

I walked in very ill with the Flu. The nurse was professional and knowledgable and I received the care I needed.

The Little Clinic is just not a very good option. I only went to get a couple vaccine shots & didn’t think it would be such a huge headache. First off, when I went for my appt they were dealing with a highly upset customer & refusing her service for her sick 3 year old daughter. The employees were literally hiding in one of the rooms with the door closed to avoid her. And the police were called. But this left all other clients sitting in the waiting room with no help or service. I had logged in on the kiosk but the time it took them to deal with this situation put my appointment being nearly 45 minutes late. That is very unprofessional to say the least. Then when I received a letter from them saying my insurance rejected the claim because of a mismatched ID. So I made another trip all the way to their location to give them my info & have the claim processed again with the correct information. Only to get a notification on my statement that it again was declined. So I called them & was given a phone number & told I’d have to call their billing department. Once I finally got someone on the phone they told me that I would have to call the prescription coverage on my insurance & process a manual claim to cover these charges because they only bill for medical & will not do this. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! AND… if this is your policy, then state that upfront so people can make an educated choice & choose not to deal with your services. I’ve never had any kind of issue like this anywhere I’ve ever went before. I WILL NEVER USE THE LITTLE CLINIC AGAIN! This place is nothing but a HEADACHE!!!
