Dr. Silverstein was excellent, and Ri - the hygienist was by far one of the best I've ever encountered. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!
- NLNicole LaskeyNov 30, 20235.0I was a new walk in patient, who had an emergency tooth displacement. I had been turned away from my current dentist and 30 other offices who had no time for me . EVERYONE in the office was so kind and gentle and eager to assist me. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was transported to heaven. The aroma in the air as if I just walked into a White Barn, the soothing relaxing fish tank calmed my racing beating heart. The attention to details in the waiting lobby told me me I was about to experience a whole new professional innovative approach to restorative dentistry. Everything was sterile and clean. Even my chair was facing outside towards a real window that overlooked a wooded area (previous office had fake outdoor scenery wallpapers.)I felt that I was in good hands. They explained very well what was going on. They’re fast, gentle and respectful. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I had never experienced. Due to the severity of my traumatic dental emergency, I am currently experiencing severe pain that ibuprofen is not working. I do wish I could contact someone who can send me a prescription for something stronger as they don't re open until Monday. I will probably have to go to an urgent care . The important thing is that my front tooth is stabilized and my mouth can shut.
