Dropping of my wife's prescription after surgery at 230pm was told it would be roughly 30min before it would be ready returned about 45 minutes later and they told me it wasn't even started yet. He told me if I drove her home and returned he would make sure they would be ready so I returned at 445 only to be told they hadn't started them yet and it would be another 30min. I completely understand that its busy but my frustration is constantly being told false information and wasting my time.
