i left feeling very disappointed. it’s not because of my service i had provided i didn’t come prepared with all the stuff i needed so that’s my fault which i completely understand. what i didn’t like was how dumb they made me feel. the laughs, the shared looks between the two workers, they seemed to have judged me for the fact that i wasn’t completely sure of what all i needed paperwork wise so then all i needed was some guidance which they did give but it could have been without the weird looks and rushed replies. i already had anxiety about going and they made it 10 times worse by how they acted. i don’t know if its cause im younger or what but it definitely felt as if they were judging me for not knowing everything im supposed to know. which again is my bad but as a professional i think theres a respectful professional way to help somebody and a non professional way and they definitely did it the non professional way.

Friendly, compassionate service. I wish I knew their names - the front desk/tech assistant who started my process to the practitioner who diagnosed and finalized it, both were wonderful. Thank you.

STAY AWAY! I wish I could give a zero. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and be treated rudely throughout your entire visit look no further! Oh and they misdiagnosed my 2 year Olds broke arm and told us to wait several days to see if it gets better. A good doctor or really anyone with the tiniest medical background would recommend an xray to know for sure and to be safe but instead I had to insist on getting one, then they were upset about that and wouldn't even tell me where I can go to get one. They just said well you have to call around. Seriously you work at a medical clinic and can't recommend a place to go. Then after finding out my daughters arm was broke they didn't even offer to splint it or give pain meds just said well there's nothing we can do.. zero advice or hint of even caring. Not even a little common sense advice like don't let her run or jump or play with other kids.. This place is a joke I'm not even sure its actually licensed
