The manager on duty 11/13/25 @ approximately 10 am harassed us over my wife not wanting her picture taken because she had just gotten off work. ( She’s a traveling embalmer who had just embalmed an entire family of 6 and had to go to the home to the mother/wife and tell her that her family was gone) so she wasn’t prepared to give a photo. She asked if she could after her workout and shower so she looked decent. The manager then gets irate and accuses us of not caring about his kids. He was stating that if she didn’t take a picture that she wouldn’t be allowed in and that he could lose his job if something happened. He kept saying that we were giving him a hard time and he kept saying we didn’t care if he lost his job and couldn’t pay his bills etc. All of this over wanting a photo of someone who politely asked for a couple hours to gather herself. We completely understand there are rules. But I will not tolerate this kind of behavior from a manager! We’ve been members of PF since 2015. This is not how things should be handled. Do better PF!
