  I am currently sick with strep throat and a UTI and I called the pharmacy early this morning they told me to call after 3:00 when all of my medications would be ready someone on the phone told me they were going to set everything for a delivery and then get back on the line and get the delivery fee for me pressed hold before I even headed to explain I didn't have any money I didn't know there was a fee so when the man got back on the phone 5 minutes later was very rude to me and told me next time not to waste their time and hung the phone up on me very unprofessional very rude and very nasty

  I keep getting messages when prescription will be ready and its waiting on pre-authorization. Waited in line over 30 minutes to be told wesite isn't correct

  Ok so I go to pick up my prescription and there are at least 10 people in line. The line wasn’t moving.. I go shopping and back and the line is still not moving! I’m not waiting in line like this when I don’t have time. This is unacceptable & ridiculous!! I told my Dr I wanted my prescription called in at Meijer’s but he made a mistake but next time I will make double sure it gets called into Meijer’s because I’m not dealing with Krogers crap!

  The better of the two Krogers in Middletown. Usually it’s pretty clean, well stocked, and the parking lot layout is good. Pharmacy doesn’t ever answer their phone

  Phymacy manger is very rude and I was ask to change phymacy if did not like there I change becouse of a price of medicine was at cheaper
