- JMJordan MillerFeb 12, 20261.0I went to go pick up my prescription in the drive thru pharmacy, while waiting I did hear some cars honking in front, not in the line but sounded like in the general parking lot. After the car in front of me move, this older bearded gentlemen pharmacy tech ask for my name and date of birth. Turns out my medication was not there on file, I went to look back at the texts, as I saw I got the alert that it was ready for pickup. The tech gave me then an attitude asking, “Was that you honking your horn”? To which I replied no it wasn’t me, but I did hear it earlier. I found the texts stating it was at another Kroger. As I said that to the tech, he said, “You got to respond to our messages, you don’t do that”. I had shown my phone stating I did but he grunted and just gave me a stare. I’ve never had a problem here before since picking my prescriptions up here the last couple of years but for what ever reason, this older guy with a beard gave me a good reason to not come back at all with just his attitude and demeanor he gave today.

Didn’t realize they gave me them and charged me for them until i got home. Now I’ve been on hold forever just trying to explain to them that they made a mistake! Ridiculous.
