  I wish I could give a zero star review. My husband had an appointment here, showed up early for the appointment, and they turned him away. Their kiosk to check in does not work and the staff are extremely rude. They said they don’t care and refused to do his labs.

  First, if you try to call, you cannot get a hold of anyone on site. You may get lucky enough to have someone from the call center to pickup the phone. If you do, they will be little to no help. Secondly, even if you have an appointment, it doesn’t matter. Their check in kiosk is broken. I had an 11:00, pre-employment drug screening appointment scheduled and wasn’t helped until 11:30. They then told me I wasn’t on their schedule and that neither of them were familiar with Quest’s system. The staff is rude and couldn’t care less about helping you. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

  The visit went very smoothly. My appointment was for 8:00am. I arrived on time and was out of the lab in less than ten minutes. My phlebotomist was friendly and competent.

  I have not been too happy with Quest. At one visit, the phlebotomist caused a lot of pain trying the get the needle to get blood. She kept moving the needle around while it was in my arm. That caused a huge bruise! At a second visit that same phlebotomist submitted the wrong tests. From that same visit, one test was never completed! It was also a hassle to get the orders entered into the Quest system. Just a headache
