  Very disappointing and dishonest experience at Refresh Dental. I had a crown done in October 2024 at Refresh Dental, and since the procedure I have had constant bleeding, pain, and food getting stuck around the crown. I returned multiple times to have it checked, and each time I was told everything was “fine” and that I just needed to floss after every meal. Despite my ongoing pain, no one took my concerns seriously. When I went back again last month, a new doctor examined the crown and immediately told me the truth: the crown was installed incorrectly. There is a gap between the crown and the neighboring tooth, which traps food, and another gap between the crown and the tooth itself. I was told the crown needs to be replaced. Since this was clearly a dental error and my insurance already paid in full last year, this replacement should be fully covered. However, when I returned for the replacement, a woman who identified herself as the manager demanded that I pay $100 before they would proceed. I explained that this issue was caused by their mistake and that the temporary crown is now painful and needs to be removed. She refused to acknowledge their error and insisted on payment or rescheduling. What made this situation even worse is that she told me the original provider now has his own practice and that if I wanted, I could “go find him” and have him replace the crown there. In other words, Refresh Dental is placing blame on a former doctor instead of taking responsibility for work done under their office. No accountability, no apology, and no concern for the patient. This experience has shown me that Refresh Dental is not honest and appears focused on charging patients rather than correcting their own mistakes. I do not trust them, but I feel forced to complete the crown replacement because I have no other option at this point. Once this is done, I will never return and would strongly caution others before choosing this office.

  Well I had parcels done which were excellent except the one tooth keeps falling off so I went in there second time and had them re due the partial again had an apt on the 16 of December went in they took care of it and told me to come back on the 23rd well I told them I'll be in Florida for a while can you mail me my partials they said wouldn't be a problem I call up there well first my friend called up there and the lady was rude and hung up on her so I called and they told me me I'll get back to you 5 days later I'm still waiting I want my partials there paid for you were going to mail them to me last time no reason why you can't this time there paid for there mine all I want is then and there giving me a hard time

  I recently started going to Refresh Dental after a recommendation from my mom, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, every single person, from the front office staff to the hygienists and dental team, has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone truly goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule appointments. Unlike my previous dentist, where I had to wait months just for a routine cleaning, Refresh Dental always seems to have convenient availability. I also want to give a special shoutout to Angela on the office staff, who was extremely communicative and helpful when walking me through quotes and assisting with financing. She made the process clear and stress-free. The hygienist who performed my deep cleaning, whose name is currently escaping me, was especially kind, which made the entire experience so much more pleasant. I truly have no complaints and would gladly recommend Refresh Dental to anyone looking for a caring, professional dental office!

  I’ve been afraid of going to the dentist or any doctors in general for quite some time. I had a cleaning done and my dentist Beba was so kind to me, She did a great job at keeping me comfortable and reassuring me everything was okay and that I was doing great. All the staff is super sweet and has great customer service. I highly recommend going to refresh dental for any work you need done 🙏🏼❤️💪🏼

  Really nice place. Everyone was very friendly. The dental assistant Sarah was great and she spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I have super bad anxiety about going to the dentist. I was also able to meet the dentist and the hygienist and they were also very kind and helpful. Feeling good about going back for my cleaning and fillings.
