I had a coupon with me, but the associate informed me it would not work without attempting to run it through the system. This left me a bit unsure and uncomfortable. We decided to visit the North Olmsted location afterward, and the team there was very helpful. For the same frames and lenses, they were able to apply the coupon without any issue. I wanted to share this feedback so the experience can hopefully improve. Unfortunately, based on today’s visit, I may not be returning to this location.
