From the sweet gals at the desk for the actual exam, to Dr Kossow and Dave who helped me order my frames. Everyone is just a pleasure to work with. Dave was so kind and helpful and gave me plenty of options for insurance / non insurance with the 50% off deal. I got a fantastic price for 2 pairs of glasses. He also gave me the run down on my current frames and listened to how much I dislike change (lol) so he did a lot to make sure my new prescription will feel the same and have the same bifocal placement, lens thickness etc. A superstar employee.
