The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Do not take your barely-18-year-old there without his/her ID, bc even if YOU, THE PARENT, have your ID, and the insurance, and even money, they will REFUSE to see your child. And yes, he may be 18, but he is SICK and needs a flu test to see if he needs tamiflu. Who thinks about that when you are dealing with fever and body aches? "You better bring your wallet" is NOT a parent's first thought. I do not know the name of the girl with long hair at the counter, but she did make a comment about him "needing to do things on his own." I looked at her and said, "He is SICK and we did not think about the wallet." I really wanted to tell her to NEVER say that again and some other things but I held my tongue. I did call corporate, and I did tell them that I want this escalated because this rule is stupid. I said, what if a person is out for a stroll without their id and gets hurt, and their friend takes them to the clinic from the park. You would refuse to stitch them up or check for concussion until they went home first for the ID? What about kids who do not drive? I KNOW a young man who does not drive and has no ID. So, cannot be treated without that piece of plastic? This is a dumb rule, ESPECIALLY when the parent has signed off on financial responsibility. I doubt Kroger corporate will take me seriously so I thought I would just vent all over the internet. The really sad thing going forward is that now I have to try my luck at another Little Clinic when I get sick again, bc I do not ever want to see the lady behind the counter ever again. Who the heck does she think she is to make deameaning comments to a sick young man? The whole thing was stupid. I brought him home and sent him to bed without knowing if he has the flu, covid, strep, or a run-of-mill virus. Thanks for nothing.

Great visit! Ashley and Shania were amazing. Knowledgable, efficient and friendly. A hard combination to find in healthcare these days. Thanks so much!

The experience was honestly disappointing and embarrassing for the organization. Theresa’s rudeness and condescending demeanor were so striking that I questioned whether I should even stay for my appointment. No patient should be spoken to or treated with such a lack of empathy or professionalism.
If this is the culture being accepted at this location, it reflects poorly on leadership and on the dedicated providers across multiple states who uphold The Little Clinic’s values every single day.

I typically dread having to go to the little clinic, but the staff at this location is incredible! They were so kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back again :)

I'm writing this review for NP Theresa Sutak. This review is not for the Little Clinic as a whole as I have had good experiences here prior. I just want to warn other people before they put their health in her hands. First of all, I am not the first review as her being dismissive, and very rude. My daughter (teenager) was seen by her. She walked in the room, with no greeting. She was extremely "cold". I was concerned because it looked like my daughter had oral thrush. She looked at her mouth, said she did not believe this was oral thrush. She stated she has been working in medicine for over 20 years and has never seen oral thrush that looked like that. It was a yellow tint instead of white. I asked her if she did not believe it was thrush, what she thought it was. She had no answer. She just stated "she would treat it as thrush but we should be at a dentists office". She did ask if she had autoimmune issues. My daughter and I both have numerous autoimmune diseases. Still - no further testing or assessment was done. Fast forward, the prescription for nystatin was working and clearing the said "thrush". Approx 1 week later, my daughter developed a new symptom. I refused to see Theresa Sutak again. Instead, we went to Kid's Express in Springboro. Thank goodness because, they quite possibly saved my daughter's life! Turns out, it was thrush. She was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at Children's after Kids Express told us to go to ER. Type 1, is an autoimmune disease, and the more autoimmune issues you have, the more likely you are to have even more. Thrush is a common symptom for people who have uncontrolled diabetes. She was obviously uncontrolled because we did not know she had it. Had Theresa Sutak been more thorough and did a simple urine sample, or blood glucose (finger prick), she would have seen her levels were sky high. She was on the cusp of diabetic ketoacidosis. Looking back, the puzzle pieces should have been put together by someone "who has practiced medicine for 20 years". They put the puzzle together at Kid's Express and saved my dear daughter from having a life threatening episode. That being said, if you are going to be seeing NP Theresa Sutak, DON'T!! Quite literally, run for your LIFE. She should have her medical license revoked! I'd also like to add that I have reached out to The Little Clinic regional regarding this. But, as long as they have her as a provider, I'll leave this review here.
