  I’ve never had a bad moment going here from check in to check out the staff is AMAZING! Dr Zier definitely top tier! I’ll always recommend him to anyone I know!

  Not the friendly place to go. I made an appointment went in fill out a medical history form waited then was called to get my eyes tested. Don't know her name all she asked my name said follow me to get your eyes ck. So I got that done, then she sends me to another room where a male was sitting on a chair with his back turned started talking, without looking @ me i didn't know if he was talking to me so I had to asked, are you talking to me then he said yes & continued with his questions. Now he did not tell me his name introduced himself or nothing. Tell me why would I wanted to go back there Anyways the person I was send to next so I can order my lenses, was a much better person. During the last fase of getting to the end of my visit, several times, I wanted to get up & walk out but because this individual was nice fix the frame on my old glasses then I continued with my order. This is my first time going to this location for a Pearl Vision. Hopefully my lense will be ready in 2 weeks so I can get my glasses & be done after that, they lose me as a customer. Bibi Hassan.

  I was going to give a 5 star rating until my fiancé explained to me about the glasses that his son received from Pearle Vision had already broken. He had taken them back in and they informed him that if they could not fix them, then he would have to purchase another pair of glasses and his insurance only pays for one pair per year. So now my future step son is using rubber bands as frames to uses his glasses. He’s 25 and Autistic and I can’t believe how they responded to helping him. I would expect better business ethics from this type of company. Do better!

  Montana from Pearle Vision in Centerville Ohio was the BEST guy ever to help me! He was understanding, listened and went way over and above and I had the most amazing customer service! Thank you Montana!

  Honestly bro of all the places ive been too this place was the worst. It's not the wait time for glasses because it only took 2 days to order, its the staff bro. They all look like they dont want to be there, the guy who's "done it since I was born" genuinely didnt look like he wanted to help me while in his office. Took 2 minutes to do my exam, and definently tried to do it ASAP. Pretty sure my right lense is not set properly and im positive its because I was rushed through the process with the different sets of lenses. The clerk who spoke to me when I arrived seemed to be thr only person out of 5 there that geneuinly was smiling, saying hi to customers when they walk in, and making sure things were good. The lady who did my pre exams looked like she hated her life so badly. I went in to get my glasses and she had a huge attitude telling me what to do next. Didnt even say have a good day when I said have a good day. All I do is work in customer service and I always post reviews about the places I visit and I contemplated leaving this review but honestly hopefully next time I go its much better. 2 stars because I got my glasses 32 hours after I ordered them, and thats it. I also had a set of frames picked, they were a little nicer and better than my current ones. the guy told me the PC wasn't letting him enter the code for the glasses I originally chose, and I had to go back and find a new pair. Oh yeah and by the time we were halfway through thr new glasses I chose, the guy told me he realized his mistake and I could choose the original ones instead. Not wanting to wait any longer being there an hour already, I chose the new frames to make time go by. There was nobody but me in that place when I went in too, with 5 employees there.
