    The pharmacist seemed like a generally unfriendly man. He was visibly upset that I wanted him to run my insurance... (I was transferring my Rx from another pharmacy) They also did not fill a new Rx. I was not aware had been called in. It was over a week before I realized this, when the Dr asked how that Rx was going. When I called back they said, sorry IDK how he missed it...

    I have found the staff in the pharmacy to be courteous and helpful. They have been humorous when I was befuddled. Very nice. This is NOT from Case Garrison. It's from Dinah Garrison!

    I have been here for over an hour going back and forth with the pharmacy and my doctor. The doctor's office has confirmation of the pharmacy recieving the prescription.....twice...and yet they still claim they haven't received anything. I put the doctor on the phone with the technician helping me to explain, the technician refused to take the prescription over the phone and stated that the doctor's office needed to talk to the pharmacist...but that they couldn't talk to the pharmacist right now because they were busy...So now I've been here FOR OVER AN HOUR trying to get my newborn son the medicine he needs...on my forth time waiting in line now....never coming back here again. I understand that people get busy...but continuing to push someone off for this long without getting them some help is unacceptable....
