    I think they are doing a wonderful job!! I have never had to wait more then 10 minutes or less unlike the Centerville Kroger where you wait anywhere from 45min to a hour. Then was told MEDICATION would be ready by 2 the next day. Went back 2 days later and still didn't have MEDICATION, 4 days later when I ran out still didn't have it had to go to different Kroger. This pharmacy is run very well, they are polite and very professional. THANKS

    Pharmacy technicians here are absolutely terrible with awful communication skills. They won't tell you when a prescription is about to expire even if there are remaining refills. One of them had the audacity to roll their eyes at me while I was asking about my prescription. If customer service is something you care about go to another pharmacy!

    seen reviews about them being rude. None of them are rude except Toni. she won’t let you speak to the pharmacist or anyone else and she thinks she knows more than she does about medications.wont apologize when i’ve been able to drag the pharmacist into it and she’s found out she’s wrong. she’s snarky and i just won’t go through the drive thru when she’s working it anymore. it’s just too much trouble with her for me to bother. that said, every other staff member i’ve dealt with, is really trying their best. they’re tired. but they’re really trying. a lot of the problems is really the fault of the insurance companies and or the drug manufacturer not delivering the meds etc. there’s been more than a few times the pharmacist really had to work to try to get some hard to find medicine for us. but he did it. i do appreciate him and his staff.

    I have had multiple bad experiences with this pharmacy. They never have my prescription ready on time and have completely lost my prescription twice. I would not recommend filling your prescriptions with them.
