  I love the ladies at the Kettering health breast center. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They care about you. I just had a biopsy done and I left my necklace that has my mom's birth flower inside. I called the office, they had it! They were determined to get it to me. One of the ladies, Ariel, brought it to me on her way home from work. She lives close by but also went out of her way. She didn't have to do that but she did. You ladies will never know how much that means to me and what that necklace also means to me. I lost my mom to breast cancer when she was 50. Thank you ladies for all you did, and all that you do. You are appreciated more than you know. This is why I choose this location. Thank you so much!!

  I have had a few visits here and I must say the service and kindness go above and beyond from the moment you walk in. The check in staff are always pleasant. Karen, who walked me back, spoke direct and kind as she guided me along. Aubrey, who did my mammo scans of the day was sweet and communicated clearly and listened to me about my concerns. Cassie, who did my ultrasound, was very informative and answered all of my curiosities and was very pleasant to chat with during what was a very nervous time for myself, she even followed up after my readings before I sat down with Brita for further scheduling. Thank you to all of the ladies here.

  This was by FAR my worst experience in 20 years. The technician said it didn’t matter what i did with my arm… let it dangle loosely by my side while she completed the x-ray. Of course i got a callback. Of course im expected to pay for the second exam. Maybe the technician would like to pay that bill. Don’t misunderstand… im very thankful for their work towards a crucial catch!!! This was not that! This was sloppy work covered up by Kettering. i will be looking for all medical care OUTSIDE Kettering Health network from here on out.

  Had an amazing experience at this center! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly face and kind words. Everyone was so helpful, kind and efficient. Dr Meyers took time with me to discuss things and answered all my questions. He wasn’t rushed and we even shared some stories about colleagues we have in common. Testing can cause anxiety but I can say that each person I came in contact with helped relieve that anxiety! Highly recommend this center!

  I am 33 and found a breast lump. My appointment for my first mammogram was yesterday. I was so stressed and nervous, but everyone there made most of the stress go away. The rest went away when they said I had benign cysts. I was there for a couple hours (I needed multiple tests ran) and was asked multiple times if I needed a warm blanket and a water. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure all the patients had what they needed to feel comfortable. The people who did my mammogram and ultrasound were extremely nice and caring.
