  Waited all morning to hand a nurse a pre packaged stool sample.teied to hand it to a nurse when she came out she said no have to wait in line all morning just to hand her the bag...silly and plain just don't care

  This is the only place that I was informed about where I could take my son for his routine one year blood work .. I wish I would have known better or else we would not have even walked in … I knew already this was not going to be an easy appointment however they did not make it ANY easier on us… I was promised if they were not confident they would send us home and come back … well they clearly weren’t confident poked him anyways and blew a vein causing a horrible bruise and it wasn’t even the vein they were aiming for … then tried blaming it on my one year old son like he knows any better … and the nurse that poked wasn’t even the one that found the vein so why was she poking… stupidly I let them try again since we were already there and I was feeling hopeless and they once again did the same thing.. at the end blaming me saying he was dehydrated … I know for a fact he was not … they were not empathetic or understanding that he was ONE years old in the slightest …
