  This was a very polished, professional practice. The doctor and his assistant spent a lot of time making sure all of the information was accurate, and they addressed all of the concerns. This was also the first time that I think somebody has really gotten to the root of the problem that I am having. Very impressed with Dr. Schneider and staff.

  Was in pain, got in next day due to cancellation. From reception staff to doctor everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. Procedure was explained that I had no questions. I am self pay and cost was very fair. I left 1.5 hours later with no pain (Doctor Schneider is a true professional). Follow has been great. Highly recommend.

  They are so helpful and kind. This was the first time I've used them but I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had wisdom teeth removed and the process was so smooth and easy. They treat you like a human being and show so much respect for any concerns you have. I will always recommend them. Thank you all so much.

  Dr. Jill M. Weber and her team came HIGHLY recommended to me. After years of being told multiple conflicting things from dentists and having to deal with awful bedside manner I found a place to take me seriously with my anxieties. They had immense compassion and care and would trust her and all of the team she had at Mentor and Highland Heights with any procedure moving forward. One of her employers was even present at the location of my surgery where she isn’t typically and popped into recovery to check on me. This place would get 10 stars if I could!

  Highly recommend this office!! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Schneider and his staff were all so warm and accommodating. The surgical assistant even said she had her wisdom teeth removed there, her parents did, AND her grandparents. This being my first surgery ever, I was very very nervous. I could not have been in better hands.
