I wasn't sure what style I wanted and Christina picked out 7-8 pairs and I loved the couple pairs I picked. She suggested doing a walk through to see if there were any pairs that caught my eye, but she basically picked out every pair I would've considered! 10/10 😎

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly confirmed that my daughter’s Dolce & Gabbana frames were in stock and handled the replacement process smoothly. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed or dismissed. I especially appreciated how kind and patient the team was with my 16 year old daughter. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you to the Mentor Mall team for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. We will definitely return to this location in the future.

I asked if I could pay extra to move into the newer generation and was told no by the assistant manager. I went to the location I originally I bought them from and it was no issue. Paid the difference and was good to go. Lack of competence, training, and commitment to customer satisfaction seem to be a big issue at this location. Do not shop here unless you want your time wasted.
