The Lens Crafters rep Christina who took care of me was very professional and helpful in assisting me in picking out frames that fit my face and coloring. I would never have chosen them on my own. I'm very pleased with her service and care while I was there . Even tho it was busy she gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. Thank you Christina for all your help and dedication while I was your customer .

The optometrist in the store is excellent; professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the LensCrafters store manager. His attitude and approach to customer service were reminiscent of a used car salesman. When I asked to apply my vision insurance, he insisted he “knew best” and refused to do so, then condescendingly told me, “I don’t know what you’re not understanding.” What I don’t understand is how the same pair of glasses quoted at $580 in-store magically dropped to $480 after I questioned it, and then somehow cost only $307 online through LensCrafters’ own website. When I pressed the issue, the manager literally walked away and refused to help further. This experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and insulting. Unless you enjoy overpaying by hundreds of dollars due to either ignorance or indifference, I’d strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
