Calling Home Instead was one of the best decisions we ever made. Their team allowed my grandfather to remain in the home and on the property he loved, which gave him comfort and dignity during such a difficult time. It also gave my grandmother the support she needed to stay in the home, while still receiving help with his care. Home Instead stepped in during the times we couldn’t…providing both daytime and overnight assistance. This gave us, as his children and grandchildren, the gift of being family again, instead of full-time caregivers. The caregivers treated my grandfather with compassion, patience, and respect. He genuinely looked forward to their visits, and the thoughtful interactions he had with his client care manager made such a difference in his days.
