Dr Usman and Kathy were great with my daughter during a root canal. She didn’t feel a thing, impressed overall by the practice.
I met with Christine Crandall, BSN,RN the latter part of March. Christine was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very helpful and took her time to educate me when I had questions. Such an asset to Visage. Thank you Christine!

Today I went in for my first lip injection. The office was beautiful and very clean. Christine Crandall is who performed the injection. If I could give more stars than 5 I would. She was patient, professional, understanding and beyond educated in her field. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and had me laughing and comfortable before we even started. The process was about an hour. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as I had anticipated and my lips came out phenomenal! I feel beautiful and confident. Would absolutely recommend Visage. Christine is an absolute artist.

I really wanted to like Dr. Quereshy but I'm unfortunately left with what appears to be permanent nerve damage which caused my lower jaw, teeth, and lip to be numb - this is 10 months after surgery to remove two wisdom teeth. I was never told that the risk from this surgery could be permanent numbness. In fact, the lower tooth (which caused the nerve damage) was still in good shape but the Dr. wanted to remove it as the upper had to be removed. When it was pretty obvious the numbness was a problem, I began calling the office a couple days after surgery then again about week later and was never offered any resolution, just a "wait and see". When I made in into the office for my scheduled post-op follow-up, the Dr. told his assistant that I should've been prescribed something sooner to calm swelling which could've helped with the nerve. He then put me on multiple rounds of a steroid. I visited the Dr. a couple more times but he never offered hope to end the numbness. At one appointment he removed multiple bone/tooth shards from my gums (not sure why those were missed previously). He casually mentioned a high risk surgery on my jaw to help the nerve which I of course would be hesitant to do at this point.
Again, I really wanted to like Dr. Quereshy, and he comes across as a sharp and experienced surgeon, and it took me 10 months to leave this negative review but I'm now left with what appears to be permanent nerve damage and numbness and thought others looking at this place or this Dr. should see this.
