  Easy online scheduling. Zero wait with my appointment. Check in is easy weigh the kiosk, use your DL for express check-in. I do see some folks struggle with the kiosk, typically the generations that technology has forgotten about.

  What’s the point of being able to have a walk ins when you still get turned down way before closing time? I literally wasted gas coming way out to Medina to be turned around and was told by the lab rep “my last appointment is here so I can’t take you” It wasn’t even time for them to close, ridiculous. First, I went to quest in Akron White Pond and was told the exact same thing then I seen this one didn’t close until a later time, I drove way out here to be told the same thing absolutely infuriating. All I needed was my blood drawn really quick I don’t even live in Akron anymore. I live out of state. My flight was the next day and my doctor was able to draw up lab work so I could get the results back to her quickly. Couldn’t even do it.

  Used the app to schedule my appointment for a blood test. Got in a little ahead of my scheduled time. I will definitely use the app for all future appointments to save time, and it eliminates having to check in at the kiosk.

  I hate the kiosk, website, and all scheduling. Others were having trouble too. People that are here are wonderful. Very sweet tech who took care of me and made me way less nervous for my tests.
