I had zero wait time for my 11:20a appointment and everyone was pleasant and very efficient. I was greeted by Brooke and she did some of the basic eye checks before seeing the doctor. Brooke was very pleasant and patient as we went through the initial vision checks. After seeing Dr. Shaw, who was just great, I had to pick frames, a task that I do not enjoy at all. I was helped by Tamitha and she was so nice and honest with me regarding frame choice. I had asked her to completely honest, and she was! Tamitha was the person that explained all the billing, insurance coverage and discounts available from Pearle. She was very thorough and so pleasant. I prefer to support local businesses in Medina and this Pearle Vision is great to work with. I will be back when I need new glasses.

As I was driving home I was astounded by how significant the improvement in my vision was while wearing my new glasses. I was so impressed I had to call my wife and tell her about it. All while wearing a comfortable frame that looks good on me (not easy to do, I have a weird head). The team here is great. Shout out to Dr. Loni. Truly a master of her craft. Extra shoutout to Tamitha, who ensured I was comfortable throughout the process and went above and beyond to help me out.

I specifically worked with Anne, who was the sweetest soul and interacted very genuinely with my 5 year old. She very clearly enjoys her job and engaging with customers. She also explained everything with detail so there were no surprises. I recommend requesting to work with her!
