Switched up for a cheaper pair and was told sorry the 70 dollar difference your out and was told i couldn't even get store credit for the price difference. I am sorry that is just horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for glasses.

I received nothing short of the best of care, professionalism and kindness. The exam was thorough and informative in ways I could comprehend. The administrative staff was very helpful with my new glasses and frames. The process was easy and afforable. The new location just a few doors down in the plaza is convenient and has lots of room.
