Managed to work a knot out of my right tricep that was feeling like tennis elbow (im a weightlifter btw) and reminded me of how important stretching is! Jamie is also fun and a great conversationalist!!! 5 out 5 stars 🌟 would highly recommend getting a massage here!

- KHKellie HughesNov 12, 20251.0I honestly love this place but it’s kinda disappointing when you schedule for something quoted 50$, (red light therapy) I agree to 60$ after communication to “use the sauna with the door closed”before starting which was fine…. and I get charged 89$ for it anyway. Lemme mind you the manager was smiling proud at me when I walked in for my session today. I show up to my appointments every time. I respect the policy. I enjoy my massages. I should have gotten a salt therapy but was refused it; I was told I couldn’t use it at the same time. For what I paid why couldn’t I ? I still got charged for all 3 and double that. I have asthma and could have benefited from this, I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at all. I shouldn’t have to call when the girl at the front desk knew exactly what she was doing with it. It’s sad because Sam was pretty great with the massage and I would have wanted to give a larger tip but this money hungry tactic really threw me off guard here. For this I will not return unless management will work this out with me. I feel extremely deceived. It’s not fair. This type of thing really takes a toll on the massage therapists working their hardest literally over something so stupid. You just kinda lost someone wanting to come back over wanting that extra 30 and some dollars.

I really appreciate a very deep massage to work out my knots, and Sam absolutely delivers! She is gentle, yet applies pressure in such a unique way using her feet, it feels like my tension melts away! In addition to her expertise in technique, she also explains how to recover after the session, discusses actions to help the specific muscles she saw as problem areas, and develops a treatment plan tailored to you. I am so grateful for her! I have increased mobility and significantly decreased pain.

Depending on how I feel either deep tissue or just a relaxing massage may be in the cards. After a massage I like a 30 min Sauna with Halo (Salt air respiratory treatment). What ever your aches and pains are knot yourself can help.
